I'm Umar Farooq, founder of Dexecuters, with 10+ years in IT infrastructure, from physical data centres to multi-region cloud. Most recently I was Senior DevOps Engineer and then CIO at a healthcare software company serving 70+ hospitals, where I led a team of 53, moved a 50 TB+ data centre to AWS with zero downtime and built the infrastructure behind its ISO 27001 certification.
Today I run Dexecuters full time, working directly with startups, SaaS teams and established businesses across the US, Canada, the UAE, Australia and beyond. You deal with me, not an account manager: I scope the work, I do the work, and I'm the one who answers when something breaks.
Monthly plans are $150, $300 and $500 a month, and you can build a custom plan if none fits. Projects such as a new build, a migration or an audit are quoted at a fixed price before any work starts, so there are no surprises. The initial assessment is free.
Everything we build lives in your own cloud accounts and code repositories: Terraform, pipelines, runbooks and documentation. Your team, or any other engineer, can pick it up at any time. You are never locked in to us.
Not for the free assessment: a description or a screenshot of your bill is enough. For actual work we use a least-privilege role in your account that you can revoke at any time, never shared passwords. We're happy to sign an NDA first.
We work remotely with clients in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia. Our hours overlap with the full European working day and with US mornings, and plans include agreed response times for urgent issues.
No. Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Fixed-price projects end when they're delivered. Everything we build belongs to you.

Yes. Most server, virtualisation, network and VPN work is done over a secure remote connection. For physical tasks such as replacing a disk, we guide your on-site staff step by step.
